Good breakdown of where the rolls are corrupted, but this system is unnecessary and it's a bad idea at best. It'd give gov agencies more control of the election process they've been rigging that would extend beyond elections. Do you want the gov't to have a floorplan of your home? We need clean DA's and judges, clean Congress and DECENTRALIZED rolls, not more gov surveillance. Enforce the law! That's the solution to these problems. Not a system that can be gamed by insiders and probably violates 4A. Tech like this is ALWAYS govt tech.
