Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kimberly Hermann says her non-profit law firm has filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration’s Department of Agriculture for unlawfully distributing federal relief aid to farmers based on sex and race. “These programs give white men less money just because of those two immutable characteristics and that is flatly unconstitutional, as we all learned in grade school,” says Hermann.
