For unknown reasons, a litigation languishing in court, with an unserved complaint against the Arlington prosecutor has not even been mentioned in the local or national press, even though it represents the first litigation related to the government response to the COVID-19 pandemic in public schools, which has been attributed to a national learning loss in which Virginia, the seventh most educated state, by credentials, is ranked sixth for learning loss, and apparently even if the hashtag says that #ArlingtonReads, one pesky independent out knocking on doors is finding “informed” and “highly educated” voters who don’t know anything about this litigation or even know who he or she is.
