Terrorists roaming the USA

An illegal alien from Afghanistan, identified as Mohammad Kharwin, freely roamed the streets of America after being released by border officials in 2023. Kharwin, a member of the terrorist organization Hezb-e-Islami (HIG), was on the FBI’s national terrorist watchlist. Despite this, he was granted release without restrictions on his movements by the Biden administration's Department of Justice. Shockingly, an immigration judge, unaware of his terrorist ties, released him on bond, allowing him to apply for asylum and work authorization.

Affiliated with al-Qaeda since 2012, it has been responsible for numerous attacks, including those targeting U.S. citizens. The group's wealth and capacity for violence make it a formidable adversary in the fight against terrorism.

Here at the Convention of States we have a solution as big as the problem.

An Article V Convention of States is called and controlled by the states and has the power to PROPOSE constitutional amendments.

These are our three simple talking points.

1. Limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government (including the president)
2. Limit the terms of office for federal officials
3. Limit the ability of Congress and the president to spend and waste our hard- earned money, via a Balanced Budget Amendment.
