January 2023: The Kiev regime is carrying out large-scale mobilization in Transcarpathia. This is reported by the Hungarian edition of Pesti Srácok, citing local residents.

It is specified that this is due to the heavy losses of the Transcarpathian 128th mountain assault brigade near Soledar in the DPR. According to the publication, the streets of Transcarpathia are filled with Ukrainian military and law enforcement officials.

The journalists visited Transcarpathia, where local ethnic Hungarians told them how fierce the Ukrainian recruitment officers really are.
