4 Questions Hammad & Richard Sowada ( Founder of the Revelation Perth International Film Festival)

A passionate lover of all aspects of the film industry, Sowada has developed a national reputation as one of WA’s (and Australia’s) most active screen culture practitioners. His expertise includes extensive work over two decades in production, distribution, exhibition, curation, event management, strategic planning, project assessment, and board participation.
He is the founder of the Revelation Perth International Film Festival in 1997 and was Head of Film Programs at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) in Melbourne from 2007 - 2015.

Richard and I resonated deeply on our journey of forging our own path and discovering our passions, along this path many doubts tried to drown him, however, he persisted, persevered, and finally "made it" maybe time to take a break and look back into our lives and see that amazing work we have done, thankyou Richard for being a part of 4 questions with Hammad
