So how exactly is it a fair market when industry can tap into next door, and believe they do. and I Have some lovely complaints about
Trulieve, the company that loves to abandon employees "allegedly" and is afraid to hire people with knowledge surpassing that of their "lead" management. pretty Nasty business practice really, have an Extraction tech sign a 2 year non compete then rip his career away bc ur lead extract tech got butthurt and simply didn't like me bc im smart. if you think intelligence is welcome.inncannabis think again, it wanted so long as it causes no feelings of liability.
Maybe not assign a new person to proprietary equipment if that's a worry, and maybe not fire a man with no reason except "you know more than u let on when we hired you" they're a very nasty predatory business, and that can be seen in other legal action taken against them by other employees Florida being one example where they abandoned employees without severance or proper dismissal so they could haul ass into maryland and corner this Market.
PPL like.myself aren't going away, and if this is the attempt to stamp out the black market.....
