Land = States of The Union, July 1776. It was/is imperative for international jurisdiction trade and commerce. The Union "State" was formed by the Unanimous Declaration of Independence.

Soil = The Union States = Counties which hold the national jurisdiction

Air = States of America, also known as "The Confederation", works in the realm of commerce (all the commercial business for the government). This instrumentality got blown away during the "civil war", and it ceased to function.

September 1776 - the international "State" was created, The United States of America, an unincorporated Federation of States of the Union, was formed. Members of it are the international land jurisdiction "States".

In 1781 The Confederation was adopted by the American government. It's formal name is "States of America" and its members are the "The State of _______" international business .

Commerce is business between 2 incorporated entities (business between businesses)

Trade is business conducted between individual people or between individual unincorporated businesses.
