Cucumber and Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

3 cucumbers
1 red onion
For the dressing:

150 grams Greek yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves grated garlic
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons freshly chopped dill
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Instructions:

Slice the cucumbers into thin rings and add thinly sliced red onion rings to them.
For the dressing, mix all the dressing ingredients together.
