Here’s what came to mind. I have an unexpected decision about moving that needs to be made very soon. I found myself in a negative thought spiral yesterday about all the different pros, cons and options while also knowing what’s happening in the world now. Why would I want to add that on too and they’re are some complicated factors at play. How to stay focused on what’s important while things around me change. How to really listen and hear a clear answer on which way to go. etc.

This meditation will get you to explore decision making and show you that you already have all the answers
