New world emerging. My opinion.

Today we had a very insightful stream with Mr.Scott Ritter (https://t.me/vestnikRus/2619) and one of our friends Anna asked a good question regarding terrorist attacks on Crocus City Hall and possibility of carrying out false flag operation in the Ukraine to blame Russia in act of revenge.
I decided that this question is really interesting, especially the part that was asked about possible tribunal against Putin, which was announced on April 2 at a conference in the Netherlands.

I wanted to write a post first, but then I decided to record a video reply. Let's see how it goes.
