Memphis Police death SHOULD HAVE been avoided!

Memphis Police Officer Joseph Mckinney, was shot and killed by 18 year old Jaylen Lobley. Lobley was out on the street after soft on crime Memphis didn’t have Lobley behind bars after 2 grand theft auto and gun possession felonies! How are we supposed to feel safe in these soft on crime areas?
