It’s self-compassion Sunday - no better day to show love and compassion to your body. I am grateful to my body for supporting me as I try to get back into a shape that isn’t round and chunky. She takes the brunt of my emotional and mental sabotage when I eat things I shouldn’t or don’t move as much as I should. I’m working on doing better!
