Worcester County MD Chip Bertino Asks BOE About Efficiencies

Worcester County, MD Commissioner Chip Bertino asks the Board of Education about the direction from the top and how it filters down through the ranks of how to do business. Currently it looks like County Government is allocated $26M more than needed to fund the Maryland Blueprint.

We all know the State doesn't give us our fair share, but the directives come from the top to reign in costs. Where are the Efficiencies?!?!

It does not seem like the Mindset is there with the Board of Education.
