In 2020, he published his first book, "Making Hate Pay: The Corruption of the Southern Poverty Law Center." He has made appearances on numerous television shows, including "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

O'Neil was born and raised in Golden, Colorado, and currently resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children.
