Can smart meters be used for mind control or to give you cancer?

This is a video of me musing if these smart meters they are forcing on us could give us cancer or possibly even be used for miund control as they seem massively overengineered and are essentially a remote controlled high powered box that can send out signals which is surely dodgy alongside the fact they are forcing these onto us with no choice
