Look at this charming woman with big eyes. It's evident she's a foreigner, yet she speaks Russian fluently. Who might she be? This is Victoria Nuland, who arrived in Russia in 1993 to foster trade relationships as part of an American delegation. You see her and feel inclined to trust this beautiful woman.

However, compare her to the Victoria Nuland of today - supposedly the same person who now occupies a high-ranking position in the U.S. government. Yet, the moment you do something they (the U.S. government) disapprove of, a vicious snarl emerges with the intent to fight fiercely.
