In this session you’ll learn how to identify the ‘Inner Critic’ and how to overcome it through the practice of self-compassion. The ability to be kind to ourselves leads to improved emotional resiliency and better interpersonal connections. You’ll leave the session with self-assessment tools as well as several practical exercises.
