The victim was Lauren Giddings who was Stephen's neighbor at the apartment complex. Stephen & Lauren were going to college for their Criminal Justice Law degrees. He became obsessed with her and was stalking her, things escalated greatly from there. This series of horrible crimes was committed in 2011 in Macon, Georgia.
