Man is told to leave a gas station by a security guard (he was apparently grilling in the parking lot and had been asked to leave multiple times). Man pulls a gun. Security guard engages. Man fires back hitting the security guard in the thigh.

Man is taken to the hospital and dies. Security guard is expected to be fine and is not facing charges.
