020 Deuteronomy 20:1-20 (Deuteronomy Studies)

In this Book of "Second Law" we've repeated a few times that Exodus was the giving of the Law before and during the 40 years Wandering in the Wilderness and this is the giving of the Law AFTER the 40 years as Israel is about the enter the Promised Land.And Moses continues laying down important fine points of Law and in this chapter we see three important matters addressed:

I. Reasons For Dismissal From Battle (1-9)II. Treatment of Nations In & Outside the Promised Land (10-18)III. Environmental Policy (19-20)
