The Times of London has become the first global newspaper to publish the story and confession of James Files.

Files has confessed that he, along with Charles Nicololetti of the Chicago Mafia, were the principal shooters that day in Dallas and that, in fact, he was the man who delivered the fatal blow that killed JFK from the Grassy Knoll.
