Another extremely rare and obscure char found by me, so unknown Electrocaid does not have this char! Amazingly, the original download link for this char is still up after 15 years. I found this char and release thread while browsing through the Mugencharacters forums, which is still up, but inactive. Release thread: https://mugencharacters.ucoz.com/forum/15-175-1. We have Dark Lilith by striderhien vs. Dark Sakura DX by dragoon316. And yes, Dark Lilith is actually by striderhien, not Saint91. Saint91's Dark Lilith was a WIP or concept that never got released it seems. That is safe to assume. However, Saint91 did make a Lilith edit named H.Lilith aka Holy Lilith that Electrocaid did obtained. As far as I can tell, Holy Lilith is missing atm.
