Mega Man X - Dr. Cain's Journal

Dr. Cain is an archeologist who discovered Mega Man X and created the Reploids in accordance with what Dr. Light left behind. He created Sigma, formed the Maverick Hunters and looked after X before the Maverick outbreak.
