Jakoba plans for war with the Galactic Federation of Light while they plan for a coming invasion by them. Plans to develop the colony worlds while facing threats of invasion and annihilation. Sockness becomes prefect of Earth. Sockness quickly exercises his power as Prefect of Earth and quickly finds out it is not real power. Pelo Visha Tera is the Rokat name for Earth. Jakoba goes on a hunt for farmed humans from Earth using birds of prey trained in combat. Some talk about metals and what is worth more.
