A dog eating to attacked neck to plastic

A dog was caught on camera rummaging through trash, finding a plastic bag, and starting to chew on it. The unsuspecting pooch's playful meal quickly turned dangerous as the plastic wrapped tightly around its neck. Panicking, the dog struggled, making the situation worse by tightening the plastic grip.
