Favorite hen eating greens.

This is my sweetest girl. I have a few others almost as mellow as she is. For fellow chicken owners, if you have had chicks that came from your incubator (if you used one), do you feel there is a big difference compared to hatchery chicks, and chicks raised by a hen, in how receptive they are of you? How well you bond with them? It seems the hens, including my rooster, that I incubated are most comfortable with me. Hatchery chicks would be next. Hen-raised chicks barely feel comfortable with me but they are receptive of me enough to eat out of my hand when I give them treats. Please tell me about your experience in the comments.
