I Can't Find A Recruiter to Help Me!

EP 2872 My last job was moved to the northwest US and I was not willing to travel. It has only been 40 days but I am going stir crazy. I ideally want to end up in the Northeast, but I can only find agencies that are just looking to fill a hole. Any advice?
