I make this every morning with oatmeal! All you have to do is MIX EVERYTHING!

Ingredients:
150 g(1+1/2 cup) oat flakes
200 ml(~3/4 cup) milk
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
3 medium apples
1 teaspoon sweetener(stevia or other)-optional-
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons cocoa
a pinch of salt
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
40 g(1/4 cup) dried cranberries
30 g(2 tbsp) coconut flakes
50 g(1/3 cup) raisins
30 g(1/4 cup) nuts
bake 40-45 minutes at 180°C/360°F
80 g(2.8 oz) dark chocolate
1 teaspoon oil
