Usama Dakdok on Surah 11 HOUD

Who is Houd? There is no such person in the entire Bible. No record exists t prove he ever existed? Should he be called Prophet Who? Even the Qur'an provides nothing specific on this person. Not even the place Ad is known.
Does this chapter prove the Qur'an is clear as mud?
