20 Minute Morning Somatic Yoga for Beginners | Let Go Of All That No Longer Serves You
🌟This somatic yoga class is focused around opening the hips. You’ll embark on a journey of releasing not only physical pain but also emotional burdens. The hips are often considered a storehouse for emotions, holding onto stress, trauma, and unresolved feelings.
Through this practice I am going to encourage you to explore the sensations and emotions stored in your hips/body. As you gradually unlock tightness and let go of stagnant energy in this area, you’ll begin to unravel negative emotions that may have become lodged within.
With each stretch and breath, I’d like you to acknowledge and let go of any emotional blockages.
So, get your pillows, cushions, thin blanket and I’ll see you on the mat.
