A booby-trapped Palestinian flag in an open field exploded when an Israeli settler tried to remove it, near the illegal Kokhav HaShahar settlement in the occupied West Bank, a video shared on April 21 shows. The man, Israel Levy, was lightly wounded by the explosion, according to the Israeli Ynet news website.

A woman seemingly filming the incident from the car was heard saying in Hebrew "We went to take down this ugly rag of the state that does not exist" moments before the explosion.
