China Bad! Russia Bad! But Why?

I just wanted to share this clip from a stream between Scott Ritter, Carl Zha, and Alex of Reporterfy Media because I feel that most Americans and people of the Western countries are not aware of why there are so much negative reports/ stories that are constantly being portrayed about both China and Russia. Why the USA feels the need to spend 500million per year on propagandizing China alone.
