God is good all the time 1090: What Makes Up Scriptures?

What is it that makes scripture? Is it just words on a page, is it WHO put the thoughts in the minds or is it even the thoughts behind the words on the pages? Or could it even be that GOD meant for them to be there as His thoughts and therefore it is a Holy Word from God? THere are many who write words on pages and they call them the words of God yet they don't meet the standards of who God is and therefore are just as bad as those who are saying they speak the words of God directly.
