Bill began his career in Los Angeles where he worked on Mexican Drug Trafficking Organizations dealing in heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine as well as cases involving ecstasy and the Israeli Mafia. Bill rose through the ranks and was eventually promoted to Special Agent in Charge for the Los Angeles Field Division, the 3rd largest Field Division in DEA. During this episode, Bill discusses the changes in drug trafficking over the years and the connection between China and the Mexican Drug Cartels.
