Is it the responsibility of our employer to care about the wellbeing of our household?
How do we go back on equal footing with our colleagues when we had been away for maternity or paternity leave?
How do we manage domestic chores? How do we handle or continue to aim higher in our career when we have young children to care for?
I s there a perfect way to manage professional and personal life without one of them overbearing on the other?
