Aid Bill Passed

After a nearly seven months battle, the large foreign aid bill has passed the House and Senate. It does include in addition to the controversial Ukraine aid, Israeli aid, Taiwanese aid, and now Palestinian aid. On the good side it does include Tik Tok divesture from the PRC company Byte Dance.
