What did Jehovah mean by this statement toward mankind? This is part of the overall narrative in which the Father gave an express command for mankind and his purpose on the earth. How do we understand this command along with being fruitful, subduing, and having dominion over the fish, fowl, and every living creature that moves on the earth?
