There’s no easier way to whip a crowd into a frenzy than to convince them of a common enemy. Every despot in history has shown us that, and America today is full of similar sentiments against various groups right now. But it’s increasingly obvious that the corporate news organizations might not just be exacerbating this problem, but perpetuating and even to some degree creating it as well! Today on Something’s Happening Here we look at the unfolding drama at NPR, which I’m more inclined to call the real-time suicide of NPR, as we build on Monday’s show about the ongoing spiritual war playing itself out in front of our noses.
