Dogmeat retrieves the Cryolater from Vault 111 (Fallout 4)

In Fallout 4, you pass a gun as you emerge from Vault 111. It's called the Cryolator, and it freezes your enemies. I was able to have Dogmeat retrieve it for me, but I was already level 21 at the time. Let me know in the comments how early you can get the gun.
