250 phyllo dough.
1/4 cup of melted butter (60g) -unsalted-.
~ 1/2 cup of cream cheese (100g).
~ 1/2 cup of Mascarpone cheese (100g).
(if you don't have mascarpone you can use the entire amount of cream cheese (200g).
1 egg yolk.
~ 3/4 cup of chopped pistachios (70-75g).
honey ( ~250g ) for 12 pieces.
Edible rose petals (optional).
