Post Office General Counsel Apologises to Subpostmasters for the terrible ordeal they have been put through due to the flawed Horizon system and the Post Office Scandal as he makes a statement at the Post Office Inquiry prior to answering questions from Counsel to the Inquiry.

In contrast to other witnesses at the Inquiry who have struggled to make an apology, he indicates that he wants to make this upfront prior to answering questions and hopes his testimony can help deliver answers that the subpostmasters want.
