L.A. paid Eugene Yu what Cain describes as a suspicious settlement--why would you settle something you have solid evidence on?--but still hasn't paid Cain for his work. Now they've emailed him 2 weeks ago and said to turnover or destroy his work that they never paid him for. Well, the NDA doesn't take effect until payment is made so he's going public with it. I'll post on locals when it's up.
