Spline Time Part Two

Pearl’s project is getting back on the making and the first part in the head stock gear box is the second in line shaft we found to be messed up. I hand grind the radius needed on the teeth of the cutter, make a spacer to hold the cutter apart to form the teeth I’m cutting on the spine. I share the method of aligning the spline to the index head for clocking the tooth to the root of the spline, cut in part one.
