Rudolf II: Emperor of The Occult

Rudolf II reigned as Holy Roman Emperor from Prague between 1576 to 1612. He was also King of Hungary, King of Croatia, King of Bohemia and Archduke of Austria. He was of the House of Habsburg. Emperor Rudolf II turned his back on great power and fabulous wealth in order to pursue Alchemy...but because he neglected matters of State in order to do so he was deposed.
