Too little too late and no penalty: Aharon Haliva, head of Israel's Shabak, resigned

The Shabak is Israel's secret service which operates within Israeli borders, including the Autonomous Palestinian areas. He was informed, over and over again, by different people, including ordinary soldiers, that Hamas was planning and carrying out an attack, but intimidated those who warned him, threatening them with court marshal if they spoke again. Well, he is the one who should be court marshaled and severely punished.
