Putin addresses Council of Legislators

President Vladimir Putin is taking part in a meeting of the Council of Legislators of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg.

Issues such as increasing the birth rate and supporting families with children, outlined during the president’s February 29 address to the Federal Assembly, are expected to top the discussions.
