Leaders must align the quality of action taken with the expectation of goals established as measured by the movement toward defined vision. In the end, everyday decisions seem small and irrelevant until they prove counter productive to the stated mission. That’s when menial tasks are recognized for the futility they are and not the essential functions they were meant to accomplish.”
