How to make Avocado Egg Boat

I love avocados and eggs, so seeing this recipe in my air-fryer book, I absolutely wanted to try it! I did have a bit of an oopsie with the egg being too big for the avocado or the avocado not being pitted enough but this could be remedied with quail eggs perhaps or a larger avocado.
