Anyone else notice a trend of memes that say something like, “I only love my dog and one other person”?

I’m trying to figure out when not liking everyone became “cool”.

I’m all for humor and sarcasm, but what do you think happens when you repeat that message frequently? What energy would you be living in?

It’s really no surprise that the people who have made “not liking people” their personality are constantly given reasons to believe that.

They’ll no doubt have story after story of how other people are constantly letting them down and hurting them.

But what happens when we choose a new story and how do we even do that?

How do we get back to seeing and expecting the best of others? How do we get back to living in an energy of love when the world is constantly trying to program us to hate?
